Are you looking for a venue with a difference..
Head Waiter/Waitress
Juice Hospitality are delighted to bring the position of Head Waiter/ess (Michelin) to the table. This is an excellent position for candidates seeking an extraordinary environment to work in. It really does excel itself with the Michelin level food and style and presentation of service. No two guest reactions are the same and time will certainly go quickly for you whilst at work.
During service you'll be working with guests, welcoming them to the table, explaining the menu, styling the service and wine pairings. You'll be responsible for managing and mentoring Junior Waiters/ess too. As well as the guest liaison though you'll have an eye for what's going on behind the scenes. For example you'll be making sure that food is delivered in a professional way paying attention to the cleanliness of the plate and surroundings.
Before service you'll be working hard to ensure Mise en Place, and ensuring the restaurant is ready to operate and welcome the guests immediately after the pre service meeting.
The ideal person for this role will have a flair for the extraordinary, they'll be a natural communicator who wants to develop a career from within Michelin venues and want to learn more about the food and wine pairings and methodology.
Accommodation is available locally, and this venue operates a straight shift policy with only two sittings daily you would work either early or late. Salary negotiable dependant on experience but as a guideline the successful candidate could expect to achieve GBP23500 OTE dependant on experience
