Assist the Heads of Key Stages 3&4 with the day to day management of Key Stages, including the management of TA resources, behaviour and pastoral management of students
Liaise with external agencies, parents/carers on student provision and pastoral issues
Assist with Heads of Key Stages regarding student attendance to school and lessons
Manage and co-ordinate new staff induction
Liaise with HR and agencies regarding possible vacancies
Liaise with Vice Principal, Teaching & Learning to ensure efficient resource distribution
Provide occasional teaching cover when required
Associate Teacher pay scale band
(salary dependent on experience and suitability for post)
