Are you an aspiring teacher who is looking at starting a PGCE?
Would you like to work full-time in a Birmingham secondary school, whilst completing your PGCE and earning a salary?
Would you like to do a PGCE with a leading University and have no fees to pay?
Premier Pathways is a fully paid teacher training programme fully supported through the University of Buckingham. Each participant will gain at the end of the programme a PGCE with full QTS.
If you are an aspiring teacher looking for a route into teaching this is for you!
You must hold a 2:1 or above degree and ideally have some some experience working with children.
•GBP15,000 pa training salary
•2-year school-based teacher training programme
•Gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from the University of Buckingham
•Brand new blended learning programme from the nation's leading ITE providers

We are looking for individuals who :-
*** Have the drive to become an outstanding teacher

There will be opportunities throughout the programme to experience varying standards of teaching which will enable you as an individual to find the environment that suits you best.
In School you will:
*** Commence in a teaching support capacity leading to teaching in term 3
*** Receive in-school support
*** Receive peer networking and support
