Cost Accountant Based in Bedfordshire Job ref: JH/37985Salary: Circa GBP40000Shift: Monday to Friday 9.00-17.15-working hours may be flexible Benefits: Company Pension - auto-enrolled after 3 months service, Holiday - 21 daysholiday per calendar year, plus UK recognised Bank Holidays The client: Our client is a designer and manufacturer of packaging products. Established for many years, they have acquired an international reputation as a leader in innovative packaging solutions. They are an 'Everything under one roof operation', from concept to the finished packaging product.Due to substantial growth, a requirement for a skilled Cost Accountant has emerged who can be instrumental in improving processes and driving change. The role: To report to the Finance Director and work with the Purchasing and Production teams as part of the process improvement team.Duties: To provide highly professional cost accounting support to plant management to enable the business to control and continually improve plant performance.
