About the role
As a General Manager in Flaming Grill you part of one of the Four Platinum drive brands for Greene King, the largest operator in the sector. As such, Flaming Grill is an exciting place to be, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic company within a brand who will drive the development and investment in the future of Greene King. -
As the leader of your business you will be able to and be expected to take full commercial responsibility for driving your Pub. In order to deliver this you will be ably supported by the brand and with all the strength of a company as big as Greene King behind you. We are looking for both you and your business to be a central pillar in the local community and develop the local relationships to fulfill that position.
You will lead and inspire a great team to delight and excite your customers with the best hospitality in the market!
You are a dynamic, confident, friendly, creative, individual who understands the needs and expectations of your team and guests, always seeking out new opportunities and ways to ensure these expectations are exceeded.
You are competitive with a strong commercial understanding. You are constantly up-to-date with the latest trends, competitor activity and goings on within the local community. You use this knowledge with your effective communication to design and deliver the best local sales plans to drive your business forward as the central pillar of your community.
