Leisure Assistant Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Assistant join the Country Club team at Luton Hoo. Reporting to the Country Club Manager, the Leisure Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the Leisure Club. The role of the Leisure Assistant will be to actively co-ordinate guest and member requests ensuring that all our customers receive 5 star Customer Service. In addition the Leisure Assistant will ensure all aspects of operational services including fitness, preparation of areas and equipment, sales, reception, food & beverage and maintaining high standards of cleanliness are achieved.

Attributes/Experience


Previous relevant experience.
Basic pool maintenance.
Operating fitness equipment.
Health and safety.
Good customer skills, ensuring a courteous, friendly and efficient service at all times.
Supports colleagues and promotes excellent team spirit.


Hotel background is desirable, but not essential.
