Our client is a leading insurance broker with offices across the UK and a great reputation for training and development.
They currently have exciting opportunities to join their Team based in Welshpool.
Duties include:
You will predominantly be responsible for progressing existing client prospects to quotation, building rapport, understanding their individual needs and providing advice on bespoke insurance solutions that are tailored to meet their needs.
We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with a high level of communication skills. You will need to be determined, positive and self motivated with a natural ability to build rapport.
This is a varied and challenging client focussed role with excellent long term development potential.
Skills and experience
- Strong communication skills, resilience, confidence, a solid work ethic and enthusiasm.
- Customer Service experience.
- Insurance experience an advantage however full training will be given.
- A good standard of English and Maths.
- Accurate and conscientious with great planning and organisation skills.
There is a base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Our working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
