Purpose of the job
Responsibility for the day to day management of the promotion and growth of the Home for Life service, which is currently the Society's main legacy recruitment product. Strengthening relationships with existing supporters and encouraging relationships with new supporters using strong marketing programmes and activities.
Dimensions
To strengthen the targeting opportunities for the promotion and growth of the Home for Life service across all channels, including DRTV, online, inserts, mail and press, in order to increase prospective legacy income. Encourage conversion of enquirers to register and pledge a legacy gift by implementing planned supporter journeys and on-going management of all aspects of the journeys.
Circa 6,000 Home for Life registrants
Circa 34,000 legacy pledgers
Circa 22,000 legacy enquirers and intenders
Legacy income in excess of GBP70 million per annum
Legacy notifications circa 2,700 per annum
Team marketing expenditure budget circa of GBP1.9 million
