Key skills, experience and responsibilities will include...

. Identifying, evaluating and driving RP partnership schemes and private housing land acquisition opportunities and converting these into deliverable projects.
. Excellent negotiation experience and a proven track record in negotiating land acquisition deals.
. Working with RP partners (Registered Providers) across the East Midlands/Yorkshire region.
. Monitoring Local Authority Planning and Housing Data for potential Land Development opportunities.
. Experience of converting Preferred Developer Status and speculative land opportunities into tangible housing projects.
. Proven experience across the full Land Acquisition life cycle, including: financial viability assessment, land value appraisals, negotiating commercial terms and managing the company Land Register of active housing development sites.
. Must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of Land Acquisition experience ideally within the House-Building/Residential Property sector.
. Driving the expansion of new private homes development schemes.
. Engaging with the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA).
. Experience of working with a recognised House Building brand is strongly preferred.
