London, W1 
Up to £40,000 DOE Plus Bonus for On-Target Performance, £1,000 Training Allowance per annum, Laptop, 5.6 Weeks’ Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)

Our client is recruiting on behalf of a specialist wealth management organisation. They are now seeking a Client Relationship Manager to work closely with the Managing Director. 

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with delivering the highest standards of communication and customer service to the company’s clients and prospective clients. Your role will revolve around providing excellent client services, support for paraplanning activities, compliance tasks and administrative work. 

Specifically, you will provide overall support to the company’s client service proposition, working pre and post sale to support clients and provide excellent services. You will provide on-going support by handling queries, completing various documentation and tasks on behalf of clients and attending reviews, planning and implementation meetings as required. 

Collating client information in collaboration with the Managing Director, you will conduct background information gathering to assess a client’s financial arrangements. Following your research, you will prepare client specific documentation and reports outlining recommendations and providing illustrations. 

You will ensure that all your activities are completed in a compliant manner and that you are up-to-date with all compliance legislation and requirements. Supporting measurement and monitoring systems to demonstrate company KPIs, you will make sure that all compliance issues are recorded and dealt with in a timely and accurate manner. 

Additionally, you will undertake a range of support, administrative and database maintenance tasks to ensure that all reporting is up-to-date and sufficient document controls are in place. 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 

- At least three years’ experience as an administrator with significant responsibility within an SME organisation operating within the financial services sector 
- Experience of working as a paraplanner or trainee paraplanner or, at a minimum, be familiar with the paraplanner role 
- A Level 3 qualification in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute 
- A good level of IT literacy 

Dedicated, diligent and proactive, as a Client Relationship Manager you will also need high calibre communication skills with excellent time management abilities and a close attention to detail. Integrity, honesty and a proactive, accurate nature are also key, as is a flexible attitude towards working hours.
