Marketing CRM Data Selections & Insights Analyst with excellent organisational, analytical and creative skills with the ability to work with at least 3 million records and has a good understanding of relational databases is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.
SALARY: £26,500 - £28,100 per annum

Working as the Marketing CRM Data Selections & Insights Analyst you will provide informed, clear and well-articulated interpretation of all data analysis.
As the Marketing CRM Data Selections & Insights Analyst you will also actively advise on all appropriate course of action to allow fundraisers to make informed choices and maximise opportunity on all income related activity.

DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Marketing CRM Data Selections & Insights Analyst:
- Deliver data selections that comply with the DP Act and other relevant legislation and adhere to data contact and management strategies to ensure appropriate delivery of fundraising communications
- Continually develop and deliver a suite of key performance indicators including interpretation and recommendations, to all fundraising managers to inform performance and value of the fundraising product portfolio
- Deliver supporter behaviour insight through quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the fundraising strategy and delivery of all fundraising performance requirements
- Work with strategic data agency to ensure that campaign related activity including data selections is delivered to the highest standards, to schedule and at competitive cost
- To present data analysis findings at all levels in a comprehensive manner including recommendations
- To develop, monitor and evaluate the quality of data analysis and data modelling and report against agreed deliverables, to input into the development of strategic plans
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organisation, analytical and creative skills, proven understanding of fundraising and/or direct marketing principles, experience or qualifications in statistics and project management is essential
- Experience of working with a CRM system of at least 3million records and good understanding of relational databases
- SQL and advanced MS Office skills particularly in Access and Excel, demonstrable knowledge of statistical packages, preferably Fast Stats and good working knowledge of the Data Protection Act is essential.
