In this role you will be:-
> Support students with educational and pastoral needs.
> Supporting the class teacher in producing resources to assist in the learning environment.
> Supporting learners across the curriculum.
> Set targets and track progress and highlight areas of development.
> Develop student?s communication skills.
> Supporting learning in literacy and numeracy.
> Using your interests to engage learners in learning.

The ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:-
> Essential to have experience of working with children.
> Be able to work with learners that have learning difficulties.
> Have an understanding of the Autistic spectrum and associated conditions.
> Be confident to support groups of students in different educational subjects.
> The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team.
> Strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
> To access the school you will need your own transport.
