Our client specialises in providing data centre, cloud, connectivity and voice solutions. As a result of their continued structured growth, they are now looking for a Service Assurance Manager to join their team.

In this important role, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on processes and operations throughout the business. 

As the Service Assurance Manager, you will lead the Service Assurance function and ensure that customers receive exceptional service as a standard. 

Building and managing a highly motivated and customer-focused team, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement and monitor performance to ensure that a world-class service is delivered. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Ensure that the Service Desk follows best practice procedures and processes 
- Implement an ITIL-based approach for all incident, problem, change and service request activities 
- Work closely with the Engineering and Project Management functions to ensure that customer site rollouts are co-ordinated and completed in a timely manner
- Work with the Account Manager and Customer Service Team to conduct early-life service reviews 
- Provide service architecture and definition support for new customer engagements
- Prepare management information 

To be considered, you will need experience as a Service Assurance Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or Operations Manager. A commitment to outstanding customer service and a superb eye for detail are also key. 

As the Service Assurance Manager, you will be a passionate communicator who can inspire and motivate others. Highly organised and driven, you’ll also be able to work proactively and to tight deadlines. 

Experience of one or more of the following would be beneficial: data centres, colocation, cloud, connectivity, collaboration or continuity solutions.
