Location: Taunton
Salary: Competitive
Hours of work: 06:30 - 16:30 Mon to Fri (One Hour unpaid Break Allowance)
Annual Leave Entitlement: 28 Days (Including Bank Holidays)
Trade Store Manager Responsibilities:
Trade Store:
- Serving customers at the Trade Counter
- Picking goods for customers collecting
- Ensuring a well-stocked and tidy Trade Counter
Dispatch:
- Picking and packing deliveries for the carrier
- Picking goods for the next day's deliveries
- Assisting loading vans ready for dispatch
- Ensuring goods are dispatched on time
- Sorting out returns from customers
- Housekeeping of the Trade Store/Warehouse
- Adhering to the Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times, supporting the Regional Trade Store Manager with the H&S commitments to the Company.
Goods In:
- Unloading incoming deliveries
- Checking off deliveries/stock transfers and putting into stock
- Completing relevant paperwork to ensure accurate stock control
Knowledge:
- Construction Industry Experience would be an advantage
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Skills:
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills, Team Spirit, Safe Handling Awareness.
Experience:
- IT Literate
