About the Support Workers role

We are looking for casual and permanent support workers to work across our services in Mulberry Court and our community services in Dorset.

Mulberry Court is a residential care home for disabled adults. Our community services support disabled adults and their families at home and in the local community.

About you

You will work with disabled young people and adults, which may be in their homes, educational settings and wider community. Supporting a high quality personalized service.

You will need to be flexible, reliable, respectful, working on your own and as part of a team. Happy to help with personal care, you will also be responsible for household and social activities, providing everyday practical support to disabled adults and their families.

As one of our Support Workers, you will need to have your own car with business insurance (mileage allowance paid).
