Major Tasks
1. Providing secretarial/administrative support to tutors, teachers, curriculum managers and faculty managers, including dealing with confidential and sensitive information
2. Providing information, advice and guidance as workroom first contact point to students and staff (general and curriculum)
3. Arranging meetings between tutors, students and parents.
4. Supporting faculty managers, curriculum managers and tutors in the preparation of references for staff and students, including UCASonline
5. Support to liaison process in booking interviews, contacting students and producing correspondence.
6. Updating course information, to support College full-time prospectus and termly course brochures, and including updating of curriculum support database
7. Other administrative tasks relevant to the needs of curriculum area.
It is essential that you hold a minimum of Level 2 in Maths, English and ICT and have experience in providing administrative support to a team.
Please note an Enhanced DBS will be required for this role. The successful candidate is required to meet the payment of this DBS check which is currently £44
