The Role - Chef de partie
Due to the growth of the business within this 4 star hotel we are currently looking to increase the size of the kitchen brigade. With strong kitchen management between the Head and Executive Chef you will have access to some fantastic training and development.
As Chef de Partie you will work closely with the team of chefs across two kitchens providing high quality fresh produce. Working in both the dedicated restaurant kitchen and the large banqueting kitchen where you will also cater for the lounge and bar dining areas. You will learn to work in all sections within these kitchens and increase your skills and knowledge as a Chef de Partie.
You will work straight shifts, working 5 days over 7, generally working between 40-45 hours per week and in return you will receive a competitive salary, along with the opportunity to win GBP250 for employee of the month and GBP1000 for Employee of the year!

As Chef de Partie you will have a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients and thrive on the pressures of a busy kitchen. This hotel prides itself on having a strong team spirit and everyone working together to achieve excellent results, so a real team player is key. So if you have experience working with fresh ingredients in a kitchen environment then we want to hear from you!
We are looking for keen, enthusiastic chefs who are looking to progress so if you have the right attitude and personality all the training and development you need can be provided.

Specialising in large banquets and functions as they have multiple function rooms, along with a restaurant and lounge bar dining area.
