The Role - Food & Beverage / F&B / Restaurant Supervisor
Due to internal promotion we are looking for the next star to step up and lead our F&B team in this beautiful 4 star hotel. You will provide first class service to all the guests in both the restaurant and conference and banqueting. You will lead, encourage and motivate the current team. You will communicate closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure a smooth operation throughout. Going the extra mile and exceeding expectations is what it is all about. You will have a strong personality to manage the team and gain respect from others. Managing rotas, bookings and functions
The Candidate
The ideal person for this Food & Beverage / F&B / Restaurant Supervisor role will have a passion for excellent customer service and previous experience in a similar role. You will lead functions and events so experience in this would be advantageous.
We are looking for:
- Experience within the Food & Beverage industry
- Supervisory experience and the necessary skills to lead a team
- The ability to follow instruction
- A confident and outgoing personality
- The ability to implement procedures
- Someone who thrives for exceeding customer expectations
- A keen eye for detail
