The Company is a forward-looking College of Further & Higher Education that serves a large area of South East England with a wide range of vocational and academic courses, both full and part time. The College is situated in Ewell, close to Epsom in Surrey, and is located in the green belt near Epsom Downs and can easily be accessed either by car (junctions 8-10 on the M25) or rail (Ewell West is close and the college is next to Ewell East where you can get regular direct trains to Clapham Junction and Victoria). The College was last inspected in February 2016 retaining its overall grading of 'Good' under the robust new Ofsted standards.

We are currently recruiting to the following position:
Faculty Curriculum Administrator
£17,557 - £20,172 p.a.
The College is set in an attractive green campus outside Epsom with a large free on-site car park and convenient rail links to London and the South East from the neighbouring mainline station. The College is in the midst of extensive redevelopment to its 7-acre campus. In addition to a final salary pension scheme and generous holidays, staff have access to on-site facilities including sports centre, hair and beauty salons, motor vehicle service centre, osteopathy clinic, restaurant and nursery.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Faculty of Professional Studies
Your main duties will be administering for the Director of Faculty, four Department Heads and the staff and students within the departments. This will include, overseeing the timetabling processes, responding to parent and student requests, monitoring register completion, supporting organisation of college events as well as general administrative duties.
Liaison with other academic and support departments is integral to this role.
Experience of working in a busy office environment, working with speed, accuracy and attention to detail plus excellent customer service skills and team work are essential to this post.
