IT Solutions Lead / Lead Architect - Cloud / Salesforce - Surrey
£75,000-£85,000 + Excellent benefits
Key Purpose
To work collaboratively and help lead the design and development of cloud based software solutions across the organisation with a focus towards salesforce platforms.
Key Outputs
* Be the technical specialist for the organisations cloud solutions - focus being salesforce
* Work collaboratively with business analysts and IT Project managers to understand business requirements / user stories
* Design / architect technical solutions to meet the business requirements, operating as the main developer for salesforce projects
* Be heavily involved in testing / improvements around cloud based platforms and systems
* Good leadership - Help mentor other junior members of the team for their own personal development
Competencies
* A sound knowledge cloud platform system/ software development
* Hands-on design and development experience - Salesforce is advantageous
* Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous but not limited to
Qualifications & Experience
* This role will be suited to someone who is looking to develop there 'lead' experience or wants to move from a developer role into their first hands-on management tole
* Cloud solutions experience, particularly salesforce will be advantageous for this role/.
