Customer Experience Consultants

DBF UK LTD has an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Experience Consultants to join their team based in Ringwood. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of between £16,000 - £19,000 based on the team you join and your experience.

We have a number of clients from UK based car and home insurance to European based life insurance, plus subscription management and publishing, to music licensing and high end consumer goods.

Main Purpose of Customer Experience Consultants role:

We are currently looking for a number of talented individuals, looking for their next role and step in their career.

Over the next few months we are recruiting for a number of Customer Experience Consultants with the ability to speak to customers over the phone, building rapport and using their skills to meet the requirements of our client, whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.

We have a number of campaigns, some are even multilingual with languages including French, Spanish, German and Italian, as well as English.

Available are inbound and outbound roles, both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) that involve either sales or providing customer service. You could be making warm or cold calls to businesses or customers, communicating via e-mail, social media or live web chat.

Employment Basis

Contact Centre Consultants will be employed on a permanent basis with a 3 month probation period. Opening hours are between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday. DBF reserves the right to change the working hours with sufficient notice. You are expected to be available to work between these hours at all times.

Training

As our Customer Experience Consultants you will receive full training on all company and client systems, whether it be sales training, customer service training or systems. All candidates will have dedicated weekly performance management activities with their Team Leader to focus on their development areas.
