Handyman - £20,000
Multi skilled general maintenance Person based in Coventry to look after and Maintain our clients Stock of Rented Property.
Mostly small maintenance and Repairs but some Major Renovation may occasional be needed
Duties to include but not limited to :
- Repairing and replacing door handles and locks
- Basic plumbing leaks and tap Replacement
- Repair of door frames and doors
- Repairing windows and replacing glass
- Decorating
- Basic Gutter Repair and replacement
- General tidying of Garden and Paths
- Basic replacement Tiling
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00 Plus a /year
Required experience: Handyman - 5 years
Required licence or certification: Full UK Driving Licence
