Threshold seeks to appoint a Business Manager to assist the CEO in the strategic development and running of the charity: We are seeking a strong communicator with the ability and track record of forging strategic relationships with stakeholders and partners. Someone who can manage and support staff by means of positivity and empowerment, produce budgets and management accounts, negotiate procurement contracts and share our passion to provide a vital service for some of the most vulnerable people in the area
Prior experience of management within the not for profit sector and experience of grants and tendering processes, financial management and HR experience would be highly desirable.
c.GBP30k p.a, plus additional benefits, full time position (would consider part time for the right candidate)
