Main responsibilities include; Delivering excellent customer service and a positive responsive attitude to customers via all communication channels (primarily inbound calls).Manage and maintain the customer self-serve portal and assist customers with any system related queries. Assume ownership for updating and upgrading self-serve mobile apps.Carry out all related administration tasks and liaise with all necessary departments to provide assistance to customers and to identify and maximise profitable retention opportunities achieving agreed targets.Enhance the company's reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that a culture of Treating Customers Fairly is embedded within every customer transaction.
