Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Sales Executive Coordinator, Pre-Sales Coordinator

Sales Cooordinator is needed by our client a leading provider of online intelligence and information used in the valuing of commercial vessels such as tankers, bulkers, containers and gas ships. Their service is used by the world's leading commercial and investment banks, private equity, ship-owners, operators, lawyers, brokers and underwriters. Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight

In the role you will be involved in the following:

  • Cold calling, to generate new business leads, meetings and demos.
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Administrative support to the Sales team
  • Communicating directly with potential customers, in order to Promote the products and website
  • Updating and maintaining of their CRM system


Job Requirements:


Essential Skills:

  • Excellent administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows 10).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a Sales position


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Shipping knowledge or experience

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of Five GCSE's, including English and Maths, C or above (or equivalent qualification).


Salary:
Dependent on experience
Hours: 40 Hours per week, 08:30 - 17:30 Mon-Fri.

Holiday: 23 days + Bank holidays
