HADFIELD ACCOUNTANTS
Experienced Book-keeper required for a small Accountancy practice based in Carlton, Nottingham.
With our portfolio of Owner-Managed business clients, we require an additional member of staff with a working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll. Some experience of Exchequer would be an advantage.
You need to be enthusiastic, flexible and reliable, with good IT skills and an attention to detail, working as part of a team. Using your own initiative will be important as the job includes some on-site client visits in the Derby/Nottingham corridor. You must have your own transport for which mileage expenses will be paid.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Accounts to Trial Balance
- Customer/Supplier ledger duties
- Bank & petty cash reconciliations
- Credit control
- VAT
- CIS
- Payroll
- Query handling
You will need to show a high level of competence with:
- Sage 50 Accounts
- Sage Payroll
- Word/Excel
You will be part or fully qualified AAT or Qualified By Experience.
The position could be full-time or part-time based on a reduced number of full-time days each week.
