Shift Leader position available
We're looking to recruit two enthusiastic Night Shift Leaders and a Weekend Shift Leader to provide a high standard of personal and social care to dementia residents at our Home.
Location: Margate
Night shift leader:
Night Rate: £98.40
Hours: 8pm- 8am
As a Night Shift Leader, you'll be required to:-
o Give excellent care to our residents maintaining their independence, choice and dignity.
o Guide, direct and support carers in delivering outstanding care.
o Work effectively with the senior management team including providing high quality feedback.
o Have good communication skills.
o Be confident in dealing with relatives.
Weekend shift leader:
Saturday & Sunday: £217.80
Hours: 8am-8pm
As a Weekend Shift Leader, in addition to the above, you'll be required to:-
o Supporting the Team Leader with duties, such as answering the phone, speaking to external parties, such as doctors and district nurses.
Qualifications required for both shift positions:
o Must have experience in team leading or a senior position.
o Must have an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care.
o Are patient, approachable, compassionate & reliable.
