Bell is recruiting for a temporary Customer Support Administrator (5 month contract) to work as part of the Customer Support Team.

Your role will be to deliver an excellent service to customers from point of booking confirmation, to arrival in centre.  

The main responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with customers and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner, prioritising effectively and ensuring the customer's needs are met

  • Processing all bookings accurately and in a timely manner

  • Making pre-arrival amendments to bookings as required, collecting payment where necessary

  • Sending pre-arrival information to customers

  • Collecting all student information needed before arrival including arrival flight details and departure tickets
  • Processing/updating student travel, medical and visa information
  • Running weekly reports to ensure all information has been captured

  • Providing general administration support to the Business Development Team

  • Providing advice across all Bell products (adult, YL, and Teacher Training/Development) and, where appropriate, on products offered by selected partners

To be successful in this role you will need to have customer service and/or administration experience and have excellent data entry skills.  You will have a keen eye for detail and take an organised and efficient approach to your work.
