Slimbridge Wetland Centre

37.5 Hours per week, 5 days from 7

£14,079-14,820pa

We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual to deliver high standards of customer service, food presentation and production within our catering operation. You will be responsible for assisting in all catering areas, to include providing excellent front of house customer service, maintaining stock levels, assisting with food preparation, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, and any other standards or tasks set by the Catering Manager. You will also assist with special events, party catering and functions, bringing energy and vitality to the visitor experience.

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and will have demonstrable experience gained within a similar catering operation. You will have experience of cash handling, and a basic certificate in food hygiene (Level 2) is desirable though not essential as training can be provided.
