Daily Supply Teacher

You will be working around the North/Central Birmingham area in various schools that are part of a collaborative cluster group. This is an exciting opportunity to work when you want to without the worry of preparing and planning termly time tables. This is perfect for NQTs to develop a greater sense of the type of school they would see their future in longer term, and equally good for senior staff who would like to wind down and have less pressure in planning.

Ofsted reports have shown the pupils in these schools are well behaved and attentive in lessons. They are respectful and polite and there are good relationships between pupils and staff.

As a successful candidate you will have:

• QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• At least 6 months experience teaching
• Be able to take daily on calls and keep in regular contact with Randstad Education
• Clear and strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and small groups
• Committed to child protection and safeguarding children with commitment to equal opportunities
• Creative ideas to inspire and engage children
• Success with behaviour management
