Our client, an international banking group based in Sheffield is recruiting Customer Service Specialists on a permanent basis. Interested candidates should be passionate about providing an excellent quality of service, and possess solid customer service experience. The starting salary is between GBP16,000 - GBP18,257 per annum dependent on experience with pay progression based on performance. What the role involves??? Assisting customers who are experiencing financial difficulties and providing them with the best solution going forwardHandling both inbound and outbound calls.Providing accurate, valid and complete information using the tools and techniques availableHandling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits and following up to ensure resolutionKeeping accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents.Following company procedures and guidelinesGoing the extra mile to engage customers and leave them satisfied with their experience What you'll get in return???
