Head of Quality, DMS

To support this growth we're looking for a Head of Quality to partner with the business through a period of change, and drive quality and improvements at a local level, in line with Group strategy. Key Responsibilities Support and champion the UK approach to capability maturityChampion wholesale benefits of increased governance and initiativesImplement common Quality reporting in line with Group policy, including alerts, veto, compliments and complaintsDeliver migration plan to have common tools, UK-wide, to support the quality function and all business disciplinesUsing the annual Voice of the Customer results and report, agree targets against the benchmark scores for improvement opportunitiesLead and motivate a team through change Skills and experience Experience of Business AnalysisTrack record of success in delivering business systems, business process improvement and business cultural changeBusiness delivery experience, especially in complex bid and project managementIdeally Engineering background/understandingManagement of multi-disciplinary project teamsSignificant experience in a management role in a related complex Function / Project / Operations environment with a reputation in change management.
