Our client, national training provider, is looking for a Telesales Consultant to join their team making outbound calls to potential commercial customers. You will ensuring sales targets and KPI's are met or exceeded consistently and that our customers receive the highest possible levels of service. This role is office based. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : To make outbound calls to potential customers in order to achieve agreed sales targets.Build long term relationships with potential customers with the intention of selling new products / services at a later time.Follow up all potential leads originating from promotional campaigns, this includes following up web enquiries.Undertake research of potential customers via phone and internet to contribute to identifying future potential customers.Maintain accurate records on the company CRM as required to allow effective follow up of all calls.Where necessary, access and research information quickly and accurately using appropriate databases in order to answer enquiries.Administration duties relevant to the operation of the Telesales team.Actively seek and record feedback from callers/contacts in order to review and improve service.Ensure all contractual E&D and H&S policies are adhered to at all times in relation to learners.Ensure that the required processes are completed in line with contractual deadlines to ensure that the company meets quality, audit and accreditation requirements.Contribute to the companies staff forums etc. to seek and design improvements to the service.Take part in training and development activity as appropriate.
