A well established national firm of Independent Financial Advisers, trading for well over 15 years, with a strong reputation for building long term client relationships. The firm has offices up and down the country, so they are strong and well positioned in today's current economic climate. Due to excess leads and retiring IFAs they are looking to expand their adviser base in the Bristol area. The new Wealth Manager will focus on developing clients in Bristol leveraging seminar leads and orphan clients. You will provide full holistic independent financial advice to both private and corporate clients, establishing client needs and appropriately advising on corporate pensions, employee benefits, private wealth management, investment advice and long term retirement planning. This company are looking for a self sufficient individual with drive who would enjoy working in environment where they can make the business their own and will not be micromanaged. There is an excellent investment and corporate proposition with central marketing initiatives and help with lead generation forming part of the package. Every penny, no matter where it comes from, is franked as earned income. There is also a company pension, PHI, PMI and generous mileage allowance. The back office support is second t none with excellent sales support and paraplanning designed to get Advisers 'out there' and eliminate their admin load.
