INDUSTRY LEADING HIGH STREET RESTAURANT BRAND SEEKING AMBITIOUS AND DRIVEN MANAGERS - GENERAL MANAGER AND DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER POSITIONS AVAILABLE ACROSS NORTHERN IRELAND.
My Client is one of the worlds most favoured restaurant brands and after continued global success they are now looking for managers who can inspire and lead the team to more success at their restaurants across Northern Island. There are General Manager and Assistant General Manager positions available.
Your experience could be in retail or hospitality, but you must have a positive, high energy approach, with a track record of achieving success through your teams.
If successful, you will receive an excellent basic pay, plus a fantastic bonus.
YOU WILL HAVE;
*Previous experience of managing a diverse workforce in a fast paced environment.
*Commercial Awareness and understanding of P&L
*Ability to demonstrate a strong sales focus.
*Basic HR/ER knowledge (disciplinary/grievance process)
*A desire to achieve the highest levels of customer service.
*Strong Communication skills, at all levels.
*A track record of coaching and developing teams.
