Master Technician / MOT Tester
As our Brand Master Technician you'll be responsible for the in depth fault diagnosis and repair of all kinds of our branded vehicles ensuring all work is carried out to manufacturer standards and paperwork completed accurately. You'll also train and coach other team members and communicate directly with customers and the manufacturer when required to deliver a positive customer experience.
Ideally, you'll have some previous experience as an Expert / Master Technician or equivalent and it goes without saying that you'll hold a relevant, formal qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds.
You'll have excellent technical knowledge, be competent in the use of diagnostic equipment and be able to demonstrate quality workmanship. You'll have the ability to coach and guide other technicians in the team and have the confidence and service skills to deal with customers on a face to face basis.
You'll also possess a full valid UK driving licence.
