This well known gastro restaurant based in Sheffield, are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen brigade.
This restaurant celebrates and creates truly great food. The passion from the team shows with every dish they produce, where each ingredient is locally sourced where possible. Blending heritage with modernity is the driving force for the team of chefs. They serve dishes to a high standard and excite the customer with their flavours.
They are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef with great enthusiasm and creativity to produce high quality cuisine. You must be a team player and be able to use your own initiative. You must possess NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent and have good knowledge of Health & Hygiene.
