GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER - HOSPITALITYSalary - GBP30, 000 + Progression Location - Oxford, Aylesbury, Thame, High Wycombe, Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, Bicester, Banbury This is achieved by leading, developing and inspiring our Customer Service Team, Cleaning Team and Maintenance Hosts to drive a customer centric approach, helping the Stores to achieve profitable sales growth and repeat customer business, ultimately creating loyalty to Brand. We consistently communicate to the team every shift using shift briefs, giving feedback to the team, spotting potential issues and being aware of the Site as a whole. We will drive EBITDA through strong leadership and by sharing best practice and contributing to the Unit Management team and the Stores as a whole.This is a very hands-on role with a requirement for direct action in all areas and close engagement with the Senior Store team and Cluster Facilities Manager, to ensure that standards of cleanliness and maintenance are adhered. They will work closely with the Maintenance team and the Cleaning Team leader to ensure site compliance of cleanliness hygiene and safety.GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER - HOSPITALITY - Lead and manage the Service Hosts, Cleaning Hosts and Maintenance Hosts to maintain effective Site Operational standards - Effective compliance with operational / finance procedures and controls - Day to day Duty Management which includes the accountability of Site standards and procedures and taking ownership of emergency situations that arise onsite - Team performance, training and development during the shift - Management of poor performance of team members using the incorrect procedures - Security of Company assets - Takes ownership for Site Food Alert compliance - Liaise with external agencies, EHO, Contractors etc GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER - HOSPITALITY - Ensure the Customer Service, Cleaning and Maintenance Hosts deliver excellent customer service and maximise customer contact, whilst in control of the shift - Ensure Site cleanliness and safety complying with Food and Heath and Safety regulations - Manage develop and motivate the team - Highlight and manage poor performance of team members - Management of Food Safety/Health and Safety systems and processes If this sounds like you then apply now to enjoy a competitive salary and benefits like free meals on shift, free car parking, up to 50% discount on food and retail on site, enrolment into our fabulous employee discount scheme, discounted hotel rooms, 30 days holiday and pension, as well as great career development opportunities.APPLY TODAY!.
