Service / Repair Engineers Robertson Recruitment are seeking engineers to undertake repairs, delivery and installations for a well established and ideally located (Nottingham centre) distribution and manufacturing company that prides itself on exceptional customer service. Job Role: To repair and service, heating and electrical systems on luxury spa equipment.Diagnosing and replacing faulty parts and components.To deliver excellent customer service at all times and representing the company in a professional manner.To offer customer support and complete order and fault reports.Completing all relevant work documentation required in a clear accurate way to company standards.To follow the troubleshooting process.Have the ability to work to pre-planned routes and manage your time effectively.To obtain customer feedback and help build social media presence.Be responsible for your assigned vehicle ensuring daily maintenance checks are carried out.Working within the health and safety guidelines. Key skills and experience: Experience fault finding and subsequent repairs.Experience with fault analysis on electrical items.Strong communications skills.Holder of a full driving licence up to 3.5t and trailer, with experience of driving long wheelbase Mercedes Sprinter (or equivalent) vans is advantageous.Able to work in a professional and polite manner.Physically fit.This will ideally suit an engineer with a City & Guilds in electrical engineering or time served as an electricians mate.
