Old Mutual Wealth International are looking for an Administrator to join their fast paced Investments Dealing and Governance team on the Isle of Man.
Do you have experience inputting data in high volumes quickly and accurately? This could be the role for you!
The Settlements area are responsible for ensuring that contract notes are received from the Fund Manager and input into the Client bond accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send out all registration forms for Fund Managers
- Confirm all deals placed within Service Standards of each fund and ensure Fund Manager has the details to be able the trace to be completed.
- Responsible for update all dealing confirmations
- Responsible for any query details
- Responsible for the input of all contact notes
- Responsible for resolving all queries arising from the inputting of contact notes
- Responsible for chasing and following up contact notes that are outstanding
- To assist and support in the day to day tasks of the Global Custody Team when required
Qualifications required:
5 GCSE's Grade C or above or equivalent
