A rare Company commercial opportunity has arisen within this firm's Company commercial department at a highly regarded multi- office regional law firm.
This forward thinking company commercial team are market leaders in their field. This position involves supporting SME's based principally in Essex and London, however our clients act for foreign companies investing into the UK and Uk base companies with matters in other jurisdictions.
The greater part of the work is made up of, shareholder agreements, director's service contracts, purchase and sale of companies up to GBP6m, purchase and sales of assets, partnership and LLP agreements.
Fantastic career opportunity for candidates who are looking to become a partner within 2 years. In addition to first class legal skills you should be confident with good negotiation skills, possess strong business development expertise. A client following would be advantageous but not essential .
