A fantastic Secondary School in Hillingdon, North West London is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic and inspiring Drama Teacher. Experienced teachers, NQTs and OTTs will all be considered for this position. The position is on a 0.8 contract, 4 days per week Monday to Thursday.
This is a well resourced, excellently facilitated and dynamic secondary school that has been continually graded as Outstanding at Ofsted. This Outstanding title is encompassed into all aspects of the schools environment, including facilities, teaching, exam results and pupils.
The exam results gained in 2016 for GCSE were way above national average demonstrating the high standard of teaching that runs rife through this excellent Barnet based secondary school.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Drama teacher whose passion for their subject will be projected on to school students. You will also be able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging, informative and memorable lessons that encourage a love for Drama, Performing Arts and learning. The Drama department encourages teachers to get pupils involved in as many performances and activities as possible to make learning something new, fun and exciting.
This school is in an excellent location and can be accessed by local train, tube and bus they also have ample parking on site should you drive.
The school have also confirmed that if you are an NQT they will be happy to assist with your induction.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and NQTs as you will be able to work closely with excellent department teams, and will be fully supported by an strong and forward thinking leadership team.

This is a full time role starting in April 2017 and will initially be until July 2017, however this role can be made permanent for the right candidate. If you can start earlier the school will be happy for you to commence immediately.
