The Quantity Surveyor
The ideal Quantity Surveyor will come from a house building background, maybe working for a developer now and looking to further their career in a role that offers continued progression. Assistant Quantity Surveyors who have around 3-5 years house building experience and looking for the next step in their career would be a good fit as would a Quantity Surveyor in a smaller company who wants to broaden their skill base with a large developer.
* House building experience is essential
* The company is very forward thinking therefore the right candidate must be driven and motivated
* They must be skilled in valuations, payments and budget handling and most importantly be able to add value to a project
* The role will involve working on a number of different projects at one time so a Quantity Surveyor who can multi-task is essential
