Risk and Governance Manger

I am looking to recruit an interim Risk and Governance Manger role. I am looking at 30 hours per week at a band 7 to start immediately. Role - Risk and Governance Manager Length - 3 Months Rate - Band 7 GBP192.67 per day Working arrangement - x 4 days / 30hrs Location - Cheshire Start - ASAP - w/c 13/03/17IR35 decision - Inside IR35 The post holder will need to be able to: * Review and analyse Incidents reported via the incident reporting system * Conduct Root Cause Analysis investigations * Coordinate the NICE and national guidance for the division as allocated by IG * Monitor action plans and chase up outstanding actions * Assist with risk assessments as required * Assist the division with the information for the patient safety summit on a fortnightly basis * Populate the divisional dashboard on a monthly basis * Knowledge of Ulysses safeguarding system would be helpful but not essential as training will be given Support and assistance will be given by the IG team.
