The Client
My client has bulldozed into UK restaurant scene in recent years mixing things up and scaring the old-school stalwarts into change and they're coming soon to Reading!!
Think fun, fresh and fast-paced and you'll be right on the money!!!
The Role
We need an outgoing General Manager to take this brand new site through the opening as one of the first few sites outside of the capital.
You will need to be able to work relatively independently because whilst there are Area Managers etc in the group with this being one of the first outside London you may not see your Line Manager quite as often as you're used to.
The Person
You will an experienced General Manager in a restaurant/food led environment with a passion for all things foodie.
You will strive to deliver the perfect food, the perfect service and the perfect experience for each and every guest.
