Senior Manager Analytics - GBP90-110K + Bonus

One of the leading practices within the analytics consulting field is looking for a Senior Manager to join their team, focusing on driving business transformation through the application of advanced analytics. Your background will encompass a strong technical element, ideally with a Data Science bias, as well as the ability to clearly understand business and commercial concepts, innovating solutions to help drive improvements and transformations that impact on the performance of the company, both from a revenue and a people perspective. This will involve the ability to translate complex data techniques into stakeholder-friendly briefs, managing the senior client personnel to drive the engagement forward. Essential Skills:- Strong Data Experience - applying statistical modelling thinking to commercial issues.- Analytical skills in some of the following: Propensity Modelling, Attribution Modelling, Spatial Analytics, Mark-down Modelling, Machine Learning, Pricing Optimisation, Marketing-Mix Modelling- Technical skills in some of the following: SAS, R, Python, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, SQL, Data Mining, Tableau- Ability to engage with clients; dealing with ambiguous requests in a logical, strategic manner This is a fantastic role that will offer the opportunity to move into a strategy consulting practice, moving the successful candidate away from simply churning out the analytics into a more consultative role that has an extremely significant impact on the client and their businesses.
