Do you have previous HR experience and strong administration ability?Are you available immediately to temp in Norwich?Our client is an excellent employer based close to Norwich City Centre and need a temporary HR Administrator to join them until end July 2017. They are looking for a proactive, conscientious, and well organised HR Assistant to support the HR team for an initially as a temp with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. Due to the initial temporary nature of the role, we are seeking a quick learner who has a minimum of one years administration experience in a busy and varied HR team. A formally recognised HR qualification would be desirable but it is not essential; previous experience is the priority. The role will involve providing a highly confidential and effective support to the HR team. This will include, but is not limited to, giving advice and guidance to staff on absence management, staff benefits, the company fleet, employee relations, learning and development and recruitment. The successful candidate will also have: A minimum of five GCSEs (including English Language & Mathematics) or equivalent ??
