Telesales / Business Development Executive - Construction
Maidstone / Ashford Area
GBP18,000 to GBP25,000 basic salary plus commission (OTE GBP40,000 plus)

Our client is a well established construction company based in Kent. Due to expansion they are actively searching for a Business Development Executive to join their vibrant preconstruction team. The company is looking for an experienced sales person with a good knowledge of construction.
The company provide refurbishment and fit out services to a range of blue chip clients.
You will be responsible for making appointments for the sales team. You will go about this by making calls, networking with allied companies and surveyors to find out what projects are going on, as well as using company data to spot opportunities.
To be considered for this roll you must be an experienced lead generator from this industry.
It is essential that you have excellent telephone manners and great interpersonal skills.
