Groomfield Recruitment are working on behalf of their prestigious and expanding client based in Loughborough. We are looking for 4 x Customer Service Representatives to start ASAP on a 12 month contract.You will be providing excellent customer service to key customers in either FMCG or the Service & Repair Business through order management, account management, issue resolution and business communication Responsibilities*Managing customer relationships via telephone and other correspondence, including responding to customer enquiries and difficult complaints*Providing service and support through SAP CRM and Remedy Database, order entry, order status (resolution, collection and shipping dates), enquiries, agreement and pricing enquiries*Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards at all times*Liaising with the business and Engineers on customer relationship management*Assisting customers with product issues in the areas of products issues, recalls, returned goods, proof of delivery, freight claims Skills / Experience*Good communication and organisational skills are essential*Previous SAP, SAP CRM, Remedy Database or Service Repair experience, customer facing experience is desirable*Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes is essential*Experience of supply chain and logistics is desirable Full training, including opportunity to work towards a Customer Service professional qualification, will be given.Hours - Monday to Friday between 8: 30am - 17: 30pm Salary - GBP11.50 - GBP12.80 per hour.
