Internal Sales Executive & Lead Generator
GBP23000 - GBP25000/annum plus bonus
Hours are flexible full/part time opportunity considered

Clad is a corporate workwear supplier established in 1989 and committed to growth. Our mission is to understand the conditions people face at work and provide them with workwear and PPE that keeps them safe, comfortable and productive.
We operate a system of Sales Process Engineering where the Internal Sales Executive is a key member of a small team working alongside the field sales and sales support teams. The jobholder will proactively generate and qualify new lead opportunities through a structured lead generation process; making initial contact with a view to progressing to a first meeting opportunity following which the lead is passed to a Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation
• Research and create a target list of potential leads
• Prospect and cold call by telephone
• Follow up with professional written communication
• Initiate meetings with customer decision makers and influencers
• Handle objections and take to a positive conclusion
• Gain meeting opportunity
• Report on activity via CRM system
• Monthly objectives reporting
• Sales Cycle Management
• Review and own leads through to handover
• Provide commercial intelligence on lead outcomes

Remuneration will include a basic salary of GBP23,000 - GBP25,000 pa depending on experience, plus potential to earn generous bonus dependent on achievement of targets. Hours are flexible and could be full or part time.
We require a very special person with an abundance of energy, tenacity and skill to achieve the goal. Knowledge of corporate wear would be an advantage but is not essential
